I am an integrative psychotherapist (MNCPS (Acc.)) who works with individuals who want to explore their relationships with self, others and the world.
I work in private practice with clients in person in Newhaven, East Sussex and remotely. I also see clients at a mental health charity in Eastbourne. Before my training as a psychotherapist I completed a doctorate in American Literature and worked as a personal trainer.

I have experience with a wide range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, parenting issues, stress, abuse, trauma, addiction, social justice concerns, migration, neurodiversity, racial and gender identity, and family conflict.
I draw on a variety of thinking including psychoanalysis, intersubjective and existential psychotherapy, and Transactional Analysis.

We will work co-creatively and collaboratively towards building a deeper understanding of yourself in the world, how to make meaning and build a reflective practice which enriches and sustains life. The pace of the work and the lenses through which we view your struggles and interests is very much something we will construct together.
